Pampas del Yacuma
The Pampas is a municipal protected area in Bolivia's Beni department. It is renowned as the easiest place in Bolivia to spot wildlife in its natural habitat.
But that's not all
This area is mostly covered by flooded rivers, so most activities are carried out by boat.
One of the Pampas' greatest highlights is the pink river dolphin (Inia geoffrensis boliviensis), an endemic Bolivian species that is naturally friendly toward humans.
